    TERMS AND CONDTIONS

    • Payment Terms:

To initiate nursing services, a 50% payment of the total nursing contract amount is required. The remaining balance is due at the end of the one-month contract.

    • Payment Reminders:

In case the initial 50% payment is not made, our booking team will send a payment reminder email. If no action is taken, our accountant will reach out to provide assistance with the payment.

    • Non-Payment Policy:

In cases of continued non-payment, our policy mandates an immediate cessation of nursing support.

    • Cancellation Policy:

Clients are expected to provide a 4-hour notice for cancellations of adult bookings and a 24-hour notice for cancellations of long-term or monthly contracts.

    • Uniforms

Nurses will wear their standard uniforms unless a specific request is approved by the nurse manager, taking into account the family's preferences.

    • Nurse Replacement:

We reserve the right to substitute a nurse during a long-term contract. In such cases, a nurse of equal competence will be provided, with a shadowing period to ensure the continuity of care.

    • Scope of Care:

For clinical patients, we will assess whether the patient's condition falls within the scope of home nursing care. If not, we will offer referrals to additional healthcare services.

    • Price Adjustments:

We retain the right to adjust prices, providing a mandatory 30-day notice before implementing any changes.

    • Nurses' Role:

Nurses should not be treated as domestic help and must not be subjected to verbal, mental, or physical abuse while on duty. They are trained to provide the care specified within your care plan.

    • Nurses' Working Hours:

Nurses will work a maximum of 12 hours per shift, and any hours beyond this require prior approval from Home Care Dubai.

    • Extended Contracts:

Contracts exceeding 12 hours daily will necessitate the involvement of more than one nurse for the service.

    • Training Standards:

We ensure that all nurses receive regular updates on best practices and services to maintain high care standards.

    • Injections:

For in-home injections, a full prescription from the GP must be provided to the nurse for approval. Additionally, medication will be supplied by the patient or their family.

    • Medication Information:

Clients are required to provide comprehensive medical condition details and history during the consultation process, as nurse allocation and pricing are based on this information. In cases where contract details may change, we will always provide adequate notice of at least 30 days.
